Job description
As a Business Consultant Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing you effortless translate customer’s challenges into relevant SAP & Microsoft Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions. As a Business Consultants Data & Actionable Insights you will tell the real story behind data by harvesting Data and creating value with it. It includes all relevant activities from advice to implementation, ensuring customer value creation.
In this role, you will:
- Selecting, Proof of Value and evaluating Data & Analytics Solutions ensuring customer value creation.
- Developing and implementing “state of the art” BI technology on-premises and in the cloud (SaaS Solutions);
- Using machine learning and AI to predict future events;
- Ensuring that customer can analyse existing data and identifying the larger trends.
- Learning business objectives and business capabilities and proposing technical solutions.
- Providing business support to clients as needed.
- Working with project managers or Product Owners and complying with deadlines.
- Performing risk mitigation on projects and voicing concerns.
- Ensuring total compliance of all business and privacy laws;
- Working in a Alige Way
Qualifications
Your background
- A bachelor- or master degree, with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a big data or BI or Data Warehousing role
- Experience with data mining, visualization techniques, and AI
- Familiarity with a broad range of data processing and BI tools
- Understanding of regulations and best practices
- Outstanding analytical, statistical and reporting skills
- Comfortable making formal recommendations to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree engineering or computer science (or equivalent experience)
- Good knowledge of Data Management and ERP architecture;
- Good insight into the SAP and/or Microsoft offerings/solutions.
- A good combination of Analytical mindset, conceptual approach and knowledgeable in specific solution details.
- Open-minded with good presentation and communication skills.
- Smooth friendly personality, both towards customers and colleagues.
- Leading/supporting colleagues feels like a second nature.
- You like to be challenged by our customers in generating value, driven by a proactive mindset.
- Dutch is your mother tongue, but you also master English very well.
