Job description
As a junior SCM consultant you will be actively involved in customer projects. Supported by a Senior consultant, you will be guided through the end-to-end project with specific tasks as part of the learning curve. In our view, also a junior consultant provides new insights which could be valuable to the customer and your colleagues. We therefor encourage young professionals to apply as we can also gain a lot of new knowledge from you!
In this role, you will:
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer SAP S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects,
- Ability to translate business needs into technical configuration requirements,
- Ensure in time and quality delivery,
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems,
- Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise,
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes,
- Be supported by Senior Consultant to ‘learn on the job’.
- Willingness to travel where required.
Qualifications
Your background
- University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science,
- High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen,
- Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills,
- Relevant work experience in consulting company or within the Business/IT department of a SAP Customer would be an added advantage,
- Very good understanding of end to end business processes in Supply Chain Management,
- Knowledge and experience with SAP SCM transactions; SAP EWM, APO knowledge would be an added advantage,
- Ideally experienced in working in virtual teams and international environment,
- A curious and innovative mindset,
- A good combination of Analytical mindset and conceptual approach,
- Open-minded with good presentation and communication skills;
- Smooth friendly personality, both towards customers and colleagues,
- You like to be challenged by our customers in generating value, driven by a proactive mindset.
- Dutch is your mother tongue, but you also master English very wel,
